OK, but I mean: Can I just simply update my old install to the latest 4.09? And then install hs4x, or do I have to delete my mods anf files folder?

Hmmm, I don't know that, because I have put a clean IL-2 1946 4.08 in a map, copy it to different maps like HSFX or UP, and then patch it to 4.09, and then I put HSFX on top of it..

I don't know how it work's with already modded games :?:

My suggestion is: Clean install - patch - HSFX on top of it :wink:
