Ok, so I've decided I need to build my own mods to return the stock behavior I'm looking for to my IL2 game with the HSFX 4.1/UP1.8 modpacks installed.
I just need a little help.
I want to remove the NWD's improved reticles (I know, his are more historically acurate etc. but they aren't what I learned to fly with and I want my original sight picture back)
I'm willing to do the work and extract the orginal meshes and everything else associated with all the sight reticles his mod replaces and build a mod the returns the original sight pictures. I just need some help finding the right .sfs file to extract them from. If anyone (NWD perhaps???) could point me to the right .sfs files in the stock 4.09 install of the game to find these at I would really appreciate it.
Also, I need to restore the default way planes are lined up on the carrier deck. Not everyone in the squad I fly on uses this mod pack. Some use no mods at all, and so If I fly with this mod enabled it will cause problems since I fly in a Navy Squad and we fly from carriers when we fly our co-op campaign.
