Can someone explain to me what is the difference between thse two selections in the 4.01 JSGME.exe ?

01_Zuti_DSMod_v1.01_UP
and
02_Zuti_DSMod_v0.8

They both seem to work ok in a "moving dogfight" style mission.
Why, when would I choose one of them over the other?
