I think is because 1.1 was released today in UP 2.0 and tomorrow will be available stand alone. 0.8 was just the other major version but is now completely obsolete.

MDS 1.1 is a JSGME mod... so it can be extracted from JSMGE pool of mods from UP 2.0 and inserted in HSFX 4.1 for testing.
