Also here, when I unrar it give "...ag/Mozambique/dlv.rom.Wood1.tga is corrupted".

OK ... a simple but fast solution perhaps - take another of the dlv_rom_wood textures, one that isn't corrupted, make a copy and rename it as the corrupted file ... then try loading again.

I'll re-upload the file of course, but first let's see if any others are corrupted as well.
