If I remember right Normandy isn't by default but there's modded ones (as ASH or LAL_Rone and also Gilb winterized)...so take a look at map's forum section and find them.

It's more easy (if you've not alredy do) to install one of the actual packs you'll see around - AAA1.2 - HSFX4.1 (online dedicated) - UP2.0 (wich have hsfx but is more oriented to offline).
