Earlier versions of Mod Activators (pre U.I. 1.?) did not include the Bomb Bay Doors Mod, and therefore you would have no need to map a key for bomb bay doors. Without that particular mod, the bomb bay doors open and close automatically when you press the Weapon 4 key to drop bombs.
