have you .Activated HSFX History Mod with JSGME ? if not look up JSGME mod

i just downloaded the generic mod enabler and enabled the history mod, but no change :S

You did not need to down load any thinng MORE.
The JSGME is inside your game folder. ITS a larger yellow "G"
copy it to your desk top and that is it.
To enable a mod just move it from the left side to the right.
