This is a hard ask, the nature of the mod beast means that your static.ini may not be the same as the next fellows...however Burns has a made a nifty static.ini viewer...check it out here.

I ment a stock HSFX install...

It'll work for that as well...just copy your static.ini to wherever you have put Burn's stuff... I created a folder to extract Burn's package into (callled it StaticImages). You'll find your static.ini in ... Game root\Files\com\maddox\il2\objects folder.
