Hello, pardon me if this is the wrong thread but, i`d like to be a modder! Will I need any expensive programs?

The only expensive program is 3D max if you decide to use that program to make 3d models with. Last time i checked it was around 1000 GBP or 2000 dollars. Then again you can use other programs which are cheap or free but the industry standard is 3D max... and if you know what your doing well you can get everything free... the rest of the knowledge of how to work it etc is up to you to learn
