It's ok sometimes BUT if I bring the plane round for another pass without pressing f3 again, the plane has no sound. I don't know but can you like put in the actual plane sound right after the flyby sound so that the sound will sort of continue? Or maybe is this a problem that only I am experiencing?

This limitation is clearly stated in the readme, did you read it ?

Now if you want original flyby sound (to each his own taste after all), just disable the "mods" folder of UV2(delete it).
