Copy contents of
C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\DGen\British_ru.dat
into
C:\Program Files\Ubisoft\IL-2 Sturmovik 1946\DGen\British.dat
and you should be OK.

Repeat procedure with other files if same problem is encountered in Dgen campaigns.
It's relative easy to figure out which file does what if you look into them.
