from the responses to you post, it appears you are the only one with this problem.

I solved it. The cause is: vp_tracer MOD
inside this mod the lights are reversed.
Red is named Green and Green is named Red....

whoever used this mod would have had the same problem
its fixed....
but how you name something green red..and the other way..
its kind of funny actually
