In HSFX (I got 4.1) just open IL2 directory file and go to JSGME. Open it and you will see some files. The ones on the right are active the ones on the left are not. Use the arrows in the middle of this GUI to move what ever you want to use. For example, Dont want the super nice clouds? Hi-light the clouds mod and then press the < arrow. This will put them on the left menu.
