You'd have to make the side gunners ONLY controllable by the pilot using a gunsight to the left like the real plane had.
It would be devistating to use on an airfield for suppression and a very welcome addition for the on-line war map I've been working on.

It would be shot down and destroyed by airfield flak, and rightfully so. Spookies didn't fly during the day or when enemy AAA was around for a very good reason, but it would still be fun to see.
