The Me110 should be able to out run you, but there's no way that it'll outturn you. The Hurri was even more maneuverable than the Spit, so the 110 outturning the Hurri is impossible.

When the day is over, it's all about who the pilot is, not so much what plane you're flying.
I can take a 110 and sometimes out turn Hurricanes, it just depends on how experienced the pilot is.

One manuver that works exceptionally welll against the Hurri with a 110 is the 'Pancake Flip'.
Get one on your 6oc, get fast to where you're out running him, pull into a near vertical climb.
At the top, just before you're ready to stall, chop the power to 0%.

The plane will flip straight down giving you the opportunity to blast him in the face with all those 20mm guns and he will be stalled out.
