Just keep on drawing and drawing. That's the only way to learn it and to improve yourself.
About the drawings you made: As a starting point making copies is good as a learning process; by comparing what you see and what you draw you learn to look better and better. If I were you I should make some more of this kind of copy drawings and then make it yourself a bit more difficult by using shades of grey to suggest light and shadow or copy some more complex drawings. I should even start drawing from nature after a while if I were you. That's a real learning curve!
Anyway, two of my drawings.
The first one is done on commission and used a photo of his face for it. (Yes, he had a lazy eye, I didn't make a mistake... :wink: )
The second one is drawn from nature.
