4.11 is out for HSFX - it mainly concerns fixes Charlie found for our current SEOW campaign (and includes all hotfixes previously issued)

This is a small patch, HSFX 4.11, that includes all the previous hotfix's released so far, plus also fix's a problem with some of the ships Damage Model. This is the major component, a recompiled SFS archive that corrects the ships Damage Model, by Maraz's.

It also includes a stable 'expanded' exe which is good for Midway and TheChannel Scorched Earth Campaigns.

This patch is primarily for the SEOW groups.
