I'd be a bit wary of UP though. They changed some of the FM's and the general concensus seems to be that they changed them for the worse. Of course though it does have some more mods than HSFX so it's all down to personal preference.
Me? I'm on a heavily modded UI 1.2. Why? Because most of the time I can be assured that all the mods I download will work well. With some of the SFS files, certain mods won't work together and some of those mods I do like (like the .303 tracer mod)
But sometime or other I will get around to installing HSFX/UP but for the mean-time I'm happy
