Hello to all

I have a problem creating dogfight mission.

I create a HomeBase selecting an airport.
Then I choose what kind of airplane I want to use in that specific airfield.

But the problem is that sometimes my airplane start airborne and in other airports starts parked.

How can I make that the airplane that I am going to use start on the ground?
