2. How should be the proper name of that map in my conf.ini file?

For what quick missions? the name of the file is redko_japan1, but if you installed it as replacement of the stock map you can call it japan1...and in this case no need to ad on all.ini the line redko_japan1 redko_japan1/load.ini
