I had one of those sticks it went bad and had a dead spot in it and plane pulled to the left you can try trimming you plane and see if that helps

see what keys u have set for alieron and elevator trim also rudder 2, if you get into tweekn the trims you have to adjust as you climb reseting them so often or try to get to a crusiing alt and set it n leave it
