Hi everyone,
I am talking about one plane the game is named upon - the IL-2 SHTURMOVIK!
It is still just a bunch of rough polygons, which is really a shame. Many other western and axis planes have received a fair amount of cosmetic surgery (P-51s, 109s and Spits have been pimped out and tweaked to perfection).
The thing that annoys me the most is that Soviet planes are again neglected and underrated (Everyone screams for more 109 and P-51 versions, but not a single request for a better IL2, or some other Soviet plane - the Mig-3 is a problem of its own!)
If this request has been posted before, accept my apology, for search just spits out everything with IL2 in its name (which is kinda worthless if every post contains that word).
I am not trashing previous efforts done by modders on western planes, but would just like to point out that these aircraft also deserve some TLC.
