Have you downloaded one of the big all-inclusive mod packs?
If not I would suggest to you to download either HSFX 4.1 or UP2.0.
After you install the mod pack, then go and get THIS
That is QMB+2.0. It is the latest version. When you get them installed let me know and I can walk you through the rest. There is some minor tweaking, but you can handle it.
EDIT: If you decide to go UP, then you will need the PATCH
