Your nosearts are looking great but you made the noseart .bmps (butterfly nosearts) in the wrong file format. They therefore don't show up in the aircraft options. The correct file format is 512 x 256, have written a pm at m4t to you how to make it.

A lot of people don't own the very expensive photoshop programs and so can't use/convert your .psd files.
