The fact it looks a little like a B-2 shouldn't suprise anyone. Stealth technology is bound to dictate that. If certain things make a plane harder to spot, then that's what you use, so we end up with a sort of convergent evolution in design terms.
Now as to whether this will be any good - who knows? The makers and the MoD are trumpeting this thing as the latest word in military stealth - for all I know, they might be right, but it does sound like advertising hype. Historically most aeroplanes lauded at their public unveiling turn out to very mediocre warplanes. It might be interesting to see what happens, but I can't see any way of checking
