Hmm, I'll have to look into this. The thing is, using the il-2 setup.exe meddles with my conf.ini and I don't want to do that. When I'm next on my Il-2 laptop, i'll try and post my conf.ini. 
I'm using an ATI 4650 with the driver's it came with (haven't gotten around to updating them, but then I never had this issue before)
