Having just started a dedicated server for use by a small group, I find myself in need of a way to activate mods WITHOUT downloading a huge package.

I would like to add mods on my own rather than have a huge selection forced upon me. I know what there were activators for older dedicated server versions, and I'm hoping that there can be one for 4.09.
