You are one patch ahead of me. I stopped at 4.1 :oops:
So far I've not needed 4.11

If it runs ok with HSFX History Mod removed then the core install must be ok.
You must install the HSFX Mods in order 4.0, 4.1 ---- then if you want 4.11

If you do not install 4.1 before 4.11 you will be missing aircraft files which 4.11 needs to run.

60% crash means aircraft related stuff is missing.

You should not need to do a complete reinstall.

Deactivate the mods using JSGME so that the game starts in v4.09m Team Diadalos -- unmodded format.
Ensure it starts ok.

Cut and paste the files folder and the jsgmemods folder to a temp folder on desktop for safe keeping. --- delete later if not needed.
Also disable the MODS folder if you have one by renaming -MODS --- (with a new install you should not have one)

Reinstall HSFX 4.0 --- This will create a new files folder and jsgmemods folder.
Try starting the game -- activate mods etc ----- does it all work?

Deactivate the mods using jsgme
Reinstall HSFX 4.1 --- test as before.

Deactivate mods and install 4.11 --- test.
