How work the pilot/head msh files?

The msh models for pilot with goggles up and pilot with goggles down are two different models.

You need to identify the existing aircraft which have the correct pilot for you and extract the msh files.
For the pilot this would be the head model but for the gunners the head and body are a single msh.

You can then produce a mod for any other aircraft to swap the pilot msh's for the one you want. Since this is just a visual mod it should be fairly easy.

Great mate!

So , if I understand right , the two msh files should be the same for all plane changing only in one with the goggles on and the other with them over; so I can use the two kind of them to set all the correct pilot for the planes.

For doing this did I must to work on the msh?

If so how can I learn to do such modification?

I have d/l msh converter here but when I open the head msh files in text it show nothing (the pilot show some text for example)!

cheers
