Storm of War will definately use DirectX 11 with fantastic image quality. ATI Radeon HD 5870 already runs in DirectX 11. NVIDIA will have their DirectX 11 with PhysX technology released fairly soon, probably within a couple months. This gives us plenty of time between now and later 2010 to avaluate these cards.

My prediction is that in about 6 to 10 months, the fog will clear.
