He is saying outside Program Files. Actually, almost every program related to IL-2 that one would use with it could benefit you if you install them outside Program Files. This is true for all Operating Systems. Your loading, transitions, and general operation of IL-2 and related programs will be better.

Try increasing your Page File Size. This is your system's overflow when standard RAM is full. Instructions are in my Sticky topic at the top of this Forum.
