You can order your own wingman individually, but sending him back home usually sends the
rest of the flight back home too !!! (bugger!)
Besides heavy damage, individual aircrafts will turn homeward when out of ammo. But those of your flight will stop
short near a rally point (?) and wait for you. Then as you head home, they'll come back straight at you and almost collide.
