Its a compatibility issue with both mods, one way to find out whats causing the error is deactivate one of the mods, say Realistic Lights deactivate 3DO/Effects/Tracers, or Fireworks then launch with the PAT Smock Mod, if all is OK then try the other, but you have to TRY all possible causes to find what the cure is. Good Luck and thats Mod trouble shooting 101.
