Hi, General

Personally, I would wait until Storm of War is release so we can evaluate the requirements of that. If you just can't stand to wait, then get a DirectX 11 compliant card at least in the ATI 5000 series. The 5850 is good, but look into the 5870, too.

Meanwhile, guys who are waiting for Storm of War can Optimize what they have.
