I tried searching but can't be using the right word combination so apologies if this is an old issue.
Originally my online coop group switched off AI completely as we found it very annoying listening to the constant chatter particularly landing back at base. We recently discovered that DCG allows 'selective' AI chatter and we've switched it back on with the "Player Squadrons and Escorts" radio option in DCG.
It appears to work reasonably well and even though the AI RTB landing chatter is still annoyingly repetitive it's not as much as before (plus you can TAB into your Frequency option and select Enemy which essentially lets you switch off the end-mission chatter so to speak).
PROBLEM;
I've noticed that the AI speech is getting cut-off. I've noticed it in both online and single-player campaign play.
For example:
Normally an AI would say something like: "Heading 160, Altitude 50" but now I sometimes get "Heading 160, Altitude"
or "Fighters, one o'clock" will come out like "Fighters"
It doesn't happen all the time and I don't remember it happening prior to switching off AI comms completely before.
Any suggestions?
Thanks, in advance.
