All of the above have been re-skinned . Are you asking for an in-game skin selection option ?
Easiest way to do that would be having the desired alternative skinpacks as an option in JSGME and just select the schemes for your chosen theatre of operation before launching Il2.
Static Ac already have defaults for summer/winter/desert, depending on which map you load , and as said static ac skin mod exists already.
