The numbers are contradictory to your original statement.
Davis and I responded to your call for "24 or even 48" aircraft and gave you the appropriate response (Read above). If you are only going to use "8, 12, 24 etc", then you do not need a mod because setting flights of 4 only takes a few minutes to total 24 aircraft.
I doubt if any busy moddder is going to create this mod given all the performance demand of current mods which decrease IL-2 performance, but somehow that fact with all our supporting evidence was missed by you. This was our strategy for helping you, but perhaps now you understand.
It is my nature to bless people with more useful information and an approach that should be clear in one's mind.
