...i have message that said me to use the version 409 of the game or to use the Zuti 1.13. But i'm in 409 WITH the zuti 1.13

It's nothing to do with MODS folder, it is a Zuti version mismatch. You need to run the same version of Zuti DSMod as the server runs, or if the server does not run any Zuti at all, then you must disable yours. Make sure yours is enabled, if the server uses it, and make sure it is same version.
