We do have turbo-prop engines now in Il-2: the KJ-1 Chinese version of B-29,
have some pretty believable ones.

B-36's main propulsion is actually six R-4360 'Wasp Major' radial engines, although it doesn't look like it as most of the engine is buried in the wing and the four rows make it almost as long as a v-type engine. One of the most powerful piston engines ever developed.
