Despite all, i think you can't trust 100% AI as effective way to compare planes, expecially ones not included in the original game.
I mean, AI knows every plane statistics and adopts the supposed tactic according to this, generally preferring "energy fights". But AI logic has been programmed and optimized for a game in which jets are few, they all are about the same in performances and they all outperform prop planes.
Therefore, if AI knows its plane can reach a high speed (high according to stock IL2 standards), it "logically" chooses what it knows as "jet tactics". But to make this work, the plane is expected to actually be superior to the enemy. Being both F-86 and MIG-15 modded planes, i'm not sure AI is smart enough to realize that the Sabre, as good as it is, can't face the MIG using "normal" jet tactics.
Nevertheless, I DO believe the MIG-15 is a little "uber", too:
