I have that map thread put in a forum with others that have dead links.
I also have 101 good download links to map threads with dead links.
But that one I do not have as I just went and looked when I seen your post.
Sorry maybe someone will come up with it for you.
And if they do I will ask if I can put it on AAS FTP and put the link back
Into the thread and put the thread back out on to the forum.
