Ok Brandon, you a youngster with ambitions, so I'm going to try to be helpful here. Perhaps you should think a little more before you post things like this though. Firstly, All Aircraft Simulations is a forum for mods for the IL-2 Sturmovik simulation, If you want to do things for CFS3 shouldn't you post on a CFS3 forum? The other thing is maybe you should ask why people would want to work with you - If people want to work in a team, wouldn't they rather work with people with more experience?
I think you might do better to learn a little on your own first. There are certainly tutorials available for aircraft modelling for Microsoft Flight Simulator, and I think that most of that would be applicable to CFS3 - again ask on a more relevant forum. There is more to modelling than just making a good 3-D model though, and although teamwork may be useful, you need a basic understanding of the whole process to do it well. You also need a lot of patience to do a model good enough for others to want to download. It isn't easy.
If you want to go ahead with this, I'd have a good look on different websites for advice, and maybe try a few more flight simulators too - I don't think CFS3 has really got that much support these days. I'm probably biased, but I'd say that making mod aircraft for IL-2 would be more useful, BUT it certainly isn't easy - IL-2 was never designed to support add-on aircraft like some sims, which makes for lots of complications.
Whichever sim you try to work with, I wish you luck.
