Hello, I made it at last. I went through the whole installation process:
- Sturmo vanilla
- patch 4.08
- patch 4.09
- UltraPack 2.1
Then I tested it, and several things surprised me:
1 - in full editor, I have about half the maps I was used to see in the AAA Soundmod
2 - looks like there are no new skins... am I right? I see the usual stock skins
3 - the sounds sound very stock too, compared to AAA terrific engine and weapons sounds
Differences: I am testing on my Dell notebook. On this machine, the startup screen says version 4.09m. On my desktop computer when I launch Sturmo I see version 4.09b1m. Why? (just curious)
So, the UP looks just too ordinary to me. Where am I doing wrong? I don't want to look polemic of course, I am really wondering since the UP should be a HUGE step beyond the AAA Soundmod, right?
