well, first I want the promo vid ready, and I will change a couple of effects a little bit more.
The name is Charly Foxtrot, because it was the 3th version of the mod (first was plutonium changed, second was meant for Western front use, and this one for pasific.)
and I made 6 backups of the edited .eff's while I was making the mod.
