I'm trying to fly a campaign called the 38th parallel. I can't fly the mission because I get the following error message.
"Mission Loading Failed com.maddox.il-2.objects.air.cockpit F51." I think this means I'm missing the cockpit file for the F51D.
I've checked some of the other aircraft mods and in the file is a "3do" file which has a bunch of files regarding the cockpit.
Under the F51 D file I don't find a cockpit folder under "3d0" Where would that information be? Maybe it was a bad download.
Any help I can get with regards to this would be appreciated.

After downloading about 6 different versions of the F51D Mustang I got one that had "cockpit" in the 3do file. The campaign loaded and I flew for about 10 or 15 seconds and I got another error message saying "Application Error" The instruction at 0x0f9c0a57 referenced memory at 0x144b7a48. The memory could not be read. I had to terminate the program. Now I'm really screwed and have no idea what to do. Please help! Its gotta be something simple.
