Some kind of training i.e. learn how to make 3 point landings, learn more than just the basics about trim (how to use it in combat), learn how to navigate without using a gps like map with icons, learn how to manage your engine to get the full potential out of it and not to damage it (presuming engine wear would be realistically modelled).

Pilot notes have to be viewable in plane.
