Get one Custom built, shops tend to want to sell you something for a large price when it is not worth it just because they know things that you don't and think your somewhat stupid.
I have a custom built one and it only cost around 2500 Aus Dollars.
And I got:
-Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q8200 2.33 GHz (4 CPU)
-3.5 Gigs of Ram
-1000 gigs of C drive Memory.
-NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT Graphics card with 500 Megabites of Memory.
-Windows XP.
Works absolutely great, can Run IL-2 1946 on Maximum settings with Effects mods etc with basically no lag.(You can't even notice it)
