I understand you're trying to save money, but it sounds like you're just trying to justify buying this rig to yourself.
We've explained the pitfalls of purchasing this system, but if you're bound and determined to try and make a silk purse out of a sows ear, then so be it.

Good luck.

it's just that i have no pc anyways so it cant be worse than having nothin', and besides i'm not buying the thing, my parents would and i cant ask too much from them...

can someone direct me to a decent pre-built cheap desktop better than this?

It's much worse to spend money on a system only to have to upgrade/replace it within 1-3 months....

Try this:

I have a system pretty much like this for my son. His is an Nvidia 8800 Ultra instead of ATI, buth everything else is pretty much the same.
This system will allow you to run up to the AMD x6 Core (AM3 Socket).
The case is AWESOME. Has fold out/down panels on both sides for easy maintenance and assembly. Only flaw is the hard drives are mounted in-line with the board so space for SLI is limited.

MB appears to be decent for a system of this price. Most likely a Gigabyte or Asus mid range board. Board is set up for Cross Fire. (You can use a single Nvidia card but no SLI).
Ram is DDR3 but you may want to add 2 additional gb to bring it up to 4gb.

Video card is mid range but plenty for Il-2. May not be enough for BoB:SoW without some sacrifice to image quality.

System doesn't come with an O/S, but you can get Win7 Ultimate fairly cheap now. If you go to some place like Fry's, buy your memory from them and get an OEM copy of the O/S at the same time, you'll save a bundle.

They also have an AMD x3 tri core version for $404.
