60 % crashes are caused by a broken chain of reference between your games air.ini file, the contents of your mods folder, and your buttons file.
This means that it is one or multiple of the problems below.
a) You have entered entries into the air.ini incorrectly , these tell the game what plane to search for. [So double check your entries.
b) It then goes to look for the plane, usually in your MODS folder. [Make sure all files were copied correctly.
c) Once it finds the plane it searches the buttons file for it's flight model data. [You need the latest buttons file.
